Refunds

Digital e-vignettes already registered to your plate with the official operator generally cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Subscriptions

You may cancel the flatrate anytime at period end (dashboard / Stripe customer portal). Paid periods where a vignette was already issued are not prorated.
