Terms of Service

These Terms govern use of Go Vignette (go-vignette.com). Go Vignette is an independent online intermediary — not a state toll authority and not ASFINAG.
1. Service
We arrange registration of Austrian digital e-vignettes for your license plate with the competent operator.
2. Monthly flatrate subscription
- Price: €12.80 per calendar month (or the Stripe price at checkout).
- Each paid billing period we fulfil one Austria 10-day e-vignette for the registered plate.
- Billed via Stripe Billing. Cancel anytime at period end via the customer portal / dashboard.
- The flatrate is not an unlimited toll pass and not an ASFINAG annual vignette.
3. Your duties
You are responsible for accurate details (plate, country, email). Incorrect data may lead to invalid vignettes or fines.
4. Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. Failed charges may suspend fulfilment.
5. Withdrawal / refunds
See our Refund policy. Digital vignettes already registered with the operator are generally non-refundable.
6. Liability
We are not liable for fines from incorrect customer data, delayed activation on your side, or operator rule changes. Mandatory statutory liability remains unaffected.
